Two Georgia election workers asked a federal court on Friday to order former Mayor Rudy Giuliani to hand over his East Side apartment, Florida condo and beloved New York Yankees memorabilia to help settle the $148 million defamation judgment they won from him for spewing false claims that they rigged votes in 2020.

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss asked the Manhattan U.S. District Court to force Giuliani to turn over the keys to his two plush pads, a Mercedes and prized Bronx Bombers swag, including three World Series rings and a signed Joe DiMaggio shirt.

The mother-and-daughter election workers won the huge award when a jury agreed that Giuliani viciously smeared them with false claims that they tried to rig votes to help President Biden eke out a narrow victory in Georgia over Trump.

A federal judge recently dismissed Giuliani’s bankruptcy case, clearing a huge obstacle to Freeman and Moss actually getting Giuliani to cough up the cash.

Giuliani, who says he is effectively broke, refused to cooperate with the bankruptcy court, leading the judge to brand him a “recalcitrant debtor.” The election workers and other creditors accuse Giuliani of shielding assets and income with the help of wealthy and powerful right-wing cronies.

The former personal lawyer for Trump has been trying to sell his luxe three-bedroom co-op for more than a year, amid what he says are mounting debts and legal woes. First listed for $6.5 million, he has slashed the asking price to $5.7 million, but claims he cannot find a buyer.

The Palm Beach condominium has been appraised at $3.5 million.

In addition to his homes, cash and Yankees mementos, Freeman and Moss are also seeking to take about two dozen of Giuliani’s watches, a diamond ring, costume jewelry, a TV, furniture and a 1980 Mercedes-Benz SL500.

The pinstripe paraphernalia, including autographed Reggie Jackson and Yankee Stadium pictures, would then be auctioned off with proceeds going to Freeman and Moss.

All told, the property and cash should net them north of $10 million.

Giuliani spokesperson Ted Goodman criticized Friday’s filing as a step “designed to harass and intimidate the mayor” while he appeals the judgment award, and to intimidate supporters of Trump.

“This lawsuit has always been designed to censor and bully the mayor, and to deter others from exercising their right to speak up and to speak out,” Goodman said.
