A 19-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy were both killed when their moped crashed on a Queens highway early Saturday, cops said.

The two were thrown from the moped onto the highway after losing control and crashing, police said.

Officers responding to a 911 call directing them to the southbound Cross Island Parkway near the 150th St. overpass at around 2 a.m. found the woman sprawled out on the asphalt unconscious. She was lying next to a moped, sources said, and died at the scene.

The 15-year-old boy was brought to Flushing Hospital Medical Center with extensive injuries. He later died at the hospital.

Neither of the victims’ names were immediately released as cops try to track down family members.

Police later determined the boy was driving the moped when it crashed and the 19-year-old victim was his passenger.

Following a preliminary investigation, detectives learned the 15-year-old couldn’t navigate the roadway and lost control of the handlebars. The moped crashed into a wall and the two victims were thrown from the vehicle.

Cops on Saturday were searching the area for surveillance footage that can help them better understand what happened.
