Thousands of Oasis fans across the country are furious after ticket websites including Ticketmaster and Gigs in Scotland crashed leaving fans unable to access their website.
It comes as the legendary Manchester band are finally reuniting after a 16-year-long feud between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher.
Following a rush of demand, an error number was displayed, indicating that the webpage could not handle any more connections.
Fans who could access the Ticketmaster queue were also faced with an error page which read ‘Your Session Has Been Suspended’.
Punters rushed to social media to share their frustration.
One die-hard fan said: “I haven’t been able to log in from 8am. I am especially disappointed at Gigs in Scotland.”
Another added: “got through the queue for tickets for oasis @TicketmasterUK and got suspended because they ‘thought I was a bot’ now im behind 86,000 people are you joking”
Someone else said: “I was on the site and tickets I wanted since 7:45, watched the timer go down to 00 seconds and then it refreshed, showed the error code and kicked me out into the queue. They ought to be ashamed”
Just minutes after tickets went on sale, secondary ticketing sites including Viagogo were advertising tickets for the huge gig at Murrayfield for as much as £1,897.
However, a post to the band’s X page warned fans: “Please note, Oasis Live ‘25 tickets can only be resold at face value via @Ticketmaster and @Twickets!
“Tickets appearing on other secondary ticketing sites are either counterfeit or will be cancelled by the promoters.”
UK tickets went on general sale at 8am through Gigs and Tours, ticketmaster.co.uk, gigsinscotland.com and seetickets.com.
