The Castle Gardens Development in Cambuslang has won a prestigious quality award.

Persimmon West Scotland’s Castle Gardens site in Cambuslang has been handed a Quality Recognition Award (QRA) by Premier Guarantee, recognising the outstanding work of the site team led by site manager Alan Logan and assistant site managers Raymond Clark and Peter Scobie.

With 386 homes, Castle Gardens is one of the largest developments in the region and plays a crucial role in meeting the housing needs of South Lanarkshire.

The development offers a variety of two- to five-bedroom homes, ensuring options for first-time buyers, growing families, and downsizers alike.

The award from Premier Guarantee is a significant acknowledgment of the quality and dedication that have gone into the construction of this vibrant new community.
