WAYNE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – One man has been arrested after a search warrant execution resulted in multiple drugs and firearms being found in a home in Wayne County.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, Chad Salmons has been arrested on six different possession with intent to deliver charges.
The Sheriff’s Department says an investigation led to the search warrant being executed in the Fort Gay area by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.
The Fort Gay Fire Department was called in to open a safe inside the house, where they found nearly 6 pounds of methamphetamine, firearms, fentanyl, cocaine, suboxone, marijuana, THC gummies, and almost ten thousand dollars in cash.
Salmons is currently being held at Western Regional Jail.
