Thompson was inside the bar around 1:30 a.m. when he was bounced for smoking inside the premises, cops said.

Outraged, he went to his SUV, retrieved a gun, burst back inside the Pelham Parkway watering hole, and started shooting, according to police.

EMS rushed Thompson to Jacobi Medical Center, where he remained in critical but stable condition Wednesday. His arraignment in Bronx criminal court was pending.

The wounded cook wasn’t Thompson’s intended target, police sources said. The bar worker was also taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was treated and released.

The parole officer wasn’t hurt, cops said.

Thompson had been arrested for shooting a 34-year-old man in the buttocks in a drive-by outside Last Stop Grill on White Plains Road near E 240th St. in Wakefield about 2:50 a.m. on Oct. 29, sources said. He allegedly fired nine times in that incident.

Thompson is out on bail in that case, according to court documents.
