BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) – Governor Jim Justice has announced the date for the next special session for the West Virginia Legislature.

Justice said the legislature will convene on Monday, September 30th.

Specific session details have not yet been announced. However, Justice said this session will include discussions about tax cuts, support for child care and the distribution of supplemental funds to address other critical needs throughout the state.
