During the Democratic National Convention, we saw videos acclaiming Vice President Kamala Harris for her work achieving the California Homeowner Bill of Rights in the wake of the foreclosure crisis in 2011. Much good was done to rescue homeowners across the country at the time. And yet problems persist and are growing. Regulators must be ready to tackle this multifaceted problem.
