Royal enthusiasts have spotted an intriguing detail in Kate Middleton’s recent family video where she joyfully announces the end of her chemotherapy treatment.

The three-minute footage presents unseen moments of Kate with Prince William and their kids, and eagle-eyed viewers quickly noted a likely present from William – a stunning new ring.

The striking jewel is first visible as Kate is filmed driving. Later, she strokes through tall grass with a hand, revealing not only her wedding band but another lavish ‘eternity band’.

This grand gold ring appears to be adorned with diamonds and sapphires, complementing Kates famed engagement ring originally worn by Princess Diana.

This isn’t the premiere outing for the eternity ring; it was seen before in a clip released this summer by William and Kate celebrating Team GB post-Olympics, reports the Mirror.

Admirers are persuaded that the glittering token is a gift from William. One fan commented online: “The new ring again… definitely a William present.”

Another suggested the ring represents a ‘new beginning’ for Kate, symbolising a new chapter after her treatment.

Kate’s uplifting news comes half a year after she disclosed that she was undergoing treatment for cancer. The video clips from her latest update were captured by Will Warr last month in Norfolk, where Anmer Hall, the family’s country residence, is situated.

The compilation, accompanied by a voiceover from Kate, started with the Wales family enjoying an outdoor walk, followed by scenes of Kate behind the wheel and individual shots of the royal.

“As the summer draws to a close, I can’t express the relief I feel at having finally finished my chemotherapy treatment,” Kate began. “The past nine months have been incredibly challenging for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in a heartbeat, and we’ve had to find a way to navigate these turbulent waters and uncharted territory.”

“The journey through cancer is complex, frightening and unpredictable for everyone involved, particularly those closest to you. It also humbly brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you’ve never contemplated before, and with that, a fresh perspective on everything,” she continued.

“This period has above all reminded William and me to reflect and appreciate the simple yet significant things in life, which so many of us often overlook. The importance of simply loving and being loved.”

The three-minute video also includes charming footage of the family, such as Kate pushing her youngest son Prince Louis on a swing and George, Charlotte and Louis getting up close to the camera. It also captures them playing cards with Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton.

Additional heartwarming moments include William and Kate lying down together and laughing on a beach blanket, Prince William planting a loving kiss on his wife’s cheek, Kate and Princess Charlotte running to jump on a hay bale and Prince George and Prince Louis frolicking in the sea.
