Amazon has cut the price of Samsung’s latest Galaxy earbuds, which shoppers have praised as ‘superb’. The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro with Galaxy AI are now available for £169, a saving of £50 from the usual £219.

The same deal can be found on Samsung’s website, while Sky Mobile is offering them for just £7 when spreading the cost. Amazon has also reduced the standard Galaxy Buds3 to £129.

Launched in August, the new Galaxy Buds3 Pro are perfect Bluetooth headphones for Android users wanting to enhance their Samsung or other Android devices like Sony or Google Pixel. They deliver crystal clear sound whether you’re listening to your favourite tunes or the latest podcast, thanks to an improved two-way speaker and Samsung’s ‘first-ever’ dual amp.

Those using a new Galaxy device such as an S24, S23 or Z Fold6 will also enjoy ‘ultra high-quality’ audio that delivers sound with ‘intricate’ details as if straight from the recording studio. They also feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that works with Galaxy AI to identify and block out unwanted noise, with the feature optimising what you hear by adjusting to match your surroundings.

The Buds3 Pro earphones boast an impressive 30-hour battery life and come with intuitive touch controls, allowing users to manage calls and music without reaching for their phones. The standout feature, however, is the AI-powered real-time translation when paired with a Galaxy smartphone a boon for international travel, reports MyLondon.

Samsung’s Galaxy Buds3 Pro have garnered over 300 four and five-star reviews, securing a 4.6-star rating from satisfied customers. They’ve been praised as ‘superb’ and a ‘brilliant upgrade’, with one happy customer sharing: “These earphones are great. Small and mighty but pack a punch. They look sleek and fit remarkably well.”

Another enthusiast commented on their performance with media: “As an audio enthusiast I was keen to see how well they work with music and films and they did not disappoint. Sound was immersive and there was great bass too.”

A commuter highlighted the noise-cancelling feature: “I sometimes commute on public transport and I love how well the noise cancelling works. It feels like you’re in a library with not a single bit of noise around you. Battery is great, I’ve used it quite a bit and tend to charge a few times a week. A five minute charge gives you an hour of playtime which is great.”

One customer enthused: “Amazing sound quality and fit. Having used the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, now using these Buds3 Pro seems a notable upgrade. The ease of syncing with my Galaxy Z Fold6 is seamless and initial set up a breeze. The sound quality is brilliant and the ANC feature is a must. The fit in the ear is also nice and comfortable. An overall brilliant upgrade to the previous model and quality of the sound is amazing.”

Another pleased buyer expressed: “The sound quality is superb, with a rich, immersive experience that makes every song feel like a live concert. I was particularly impressed with the noise cancellation; it’s powerful enough to block out background noise but can be adjusted to let in ambient sounds when needed. The fit is snug and comfortable, and I’ve worn them for hours without any discomfort. The battery life is solid, too, lasting me several days on a single charge with moderate use.”

Still, even though they left a glowing five-star review, one customer pointed out some downsides to the Buds3 Pro, mentioning: “My gripe is how slippery these are and they’re a little bit harder to get into the case compared to the previous offerings, but mostly because of the new stem.”

Nevertheless, another pleased shopper said: “This is a first class product. It’s a perfect fit in my ears. Sound blocking is great. And the sound quality is fantastic. I increasesed the Bass and I’m delighted with the sound. It’s not cheap, but you do get what you pay for with this product.”
