Michael Strahan can now add grandfather to his long list of expanding titles.

The Super Bowl XLII champ, “Good Morning America” anchor, best-selling author and “$100,000 Pyramid” host revealed that his eldest daughter, Tanita Strahan, has welcomed her first child to the family fold.

“Yes, I’m a grandfather, everybody,” he confirmed during this week’s Fox NFL Sunday broadcast. “My daughter Tanita and my grandson Onyx, is his name. That means black.”

Strahan shares Tanita, 32, and son Michael Strahan Jr., 31 with ex-wife Wanda Hutchins. He is also father to 19-year-old twins Isabella Strahan and Sophia Strahan with ex-wife Jean Muggli.

“Congrats, grandpa,” NFL Sunday football analyst Howie Long said.

The 52-year-old new grandpappy acknowledged he was in good company with his fellow Fox NFL Sunday anchors, who are all grandfathers: “I know you guys have gone through this. I’m happy to be able to welcome in that club.”

On “Good Morning America,” the former “Live! with Kelly and Michael” star revealed that the baby was born on Sunday morning at 2:30 a.m. “I am so happy, so excited. [It’s] a great addition to the family,” he told co-anchors Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos.

Strahan once shared that Tanita, who primarily grew up in Germany after her parents’ 1996 split, was similar to him.

“She’s kind of like me in the sense that she has a very strong personality, but a silent strong personality,” he told New York Family in 2013. “She’s not going to be one to walk into a room and make it all about her. She definitely has an opinion and she’s very smart and she knows what she wants, which I love about her.”

Tanita, who describes herself as an illustrator on Instagram, studied design and visual communication at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles after moving back to the U.S. during her high school years.
