As the royal eviction row rumbles on – King Charles is reportedly at the end of his patience, urging Prince Andrew to vacate the Royal Lodge, where he has resided since 2004 under a 75-year lease.

But a source close to the Prince told the Sun says that despite the awkward situation, Prince Andrew has never “spoken negatively” about the King. “I have never heard him say anything negative about his brother or indeed any member of his family.”

“It’s just not something he would do.”

But this comes as one journalist, Ryan Parry, recounted quite a different experience working within the Royal household in 2003 and divulged his observations on YouTube in a documentary titled ‘Royal Servants’.

While the Prince may have maintained a positive stance towards the sovereign, allegations suggest he has been less than courteous to Royal staff. The journalist remarked: “As part of a footman’s duty you had to, first of all, take a calling tray into a royals’ private bedroom.”

“And on one occasion, I remember one of the more senior footmen telling me he took this tray into the Duke of York’s bedroom, opened the curtains and said: ‘Good morning your Royal Highness’ and he was greeted with a ‘f*** off’.”

Mr Parry noted that according to staffers, this wasn’t an isolated incident Andrew was known for his brusque and exacting manner, reports the Express.

The monarch’s frustration with the disgraced Duke over the lack of upkeep of the Royal residence is said to be providing grounds for potential eviction.

Despite the tension surrounding the Lodge, an insider claims that Prince Andrew has always refrained from speaking ill of his elder brother, even with the threat of eviction hanging over him. Andrew, described as “fiercely loyal” to King Charles, who has stripped him of his security detail in a final effort to encourage his departure from the Royal Lodge.

The prince currently shares the home with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, having moved there in 2004 with their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie.
