Debenhams has launched a deal that’s essentially the perfume equivalent of a selection box, perfect for those looking to switch up their scent for the colder months or find affordable stocking fillers.
The Debenhams Fragrance for Her Edit, priced at £50, includes five popular mini perfumes to try out throughout the festive period. These travel-sized fragrances range from 1.2ml to 7.5ml, totalling around 23.7ml worth of scent.
The collection features bestsellers such as Lancome’s La Vie est Belle, Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium, Mugler Alien, Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb and Prada Paradoxe. The 7.5ml YSL fragrance alone is worth around £15, based on the price of a 30ml bottle.
In addition to the five fragrances, which can be mixed and matched or saved as stocking fillers, shoppers also receive a £50 voucher to redeem against a full-sized scent from the collection. Essentially, you earn your money back the moment you find your forever fragrance.
Bethan Shufflebotham from Birmingham Live used to work at the Boots perfume counter, and said all five of these fragrances were the ones that were most frequently sold around Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. Since some of the full-sized bottles can be quite pricey, it’s the perfect way to try out a number of perfumes and see how they wear without breaking the bank.
