Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with yet another lawsuit, this one alleging he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman who became pregnant, then suffered a miscarriage.

In court documents filed Friday, the woman, who is identified only as Jane Doe, claimed the music mogul repeatedly assaulted her over a 4-year period starting in 2020, TMZ reported. She said they first met overseas, and that she was invited to join Diddy on an all-expense paid trip. But when they returned, she claimed the rapper forced her to continue seeing him.

Throughout 2021 and 2022, Diddy’s team coordinated visits at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, Miami among other places, according to the suit. Oftentimes, drivers would just show up at her home and bring her to the rapper. Doe added that Diddy and his staff would typically use “coercive and harassing language” to convince her to travel with them, making her feel like she did not have a choice in the matter.

Diddy also allegedly spiked her drinks as a means to control and manipulate her. In April 2022, Doe said the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper drugged her beverage and then forced her to have sex with him in his Los Angeles home. She added that some of their encounters left her battered. Following a visit in spring the same year, she had several dark bruises and a bite mark on her foot — injuries she has no memory of sustaining, according to the lawsuit.

Then, in July, Doe said Diddy forced her to take ketamine, which caused her to black out. After that encounter, she said she learned she was pregnant.

According to the lawsuit, a member of Diddy’s staff repeatedly called Doe and pressured her get an abortion. She ultimately suffered a miscarriage, and then she tried to pull away from the music mogul. But he would not stop reaching out and texting, she said, adding that his harassment continued until July 2024. His behavior left her terrified for her safety, especially since she had seen Diddy slap and abuse other women in the past, Doe noted.

The lawsuit is only the latest to detail allegations of abuse and sexual misconduct against the rapper. The first was filed by the music mogul’s ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura in November 2023, known professionally as singer Cassie. The suit was settled the following day, but no specific details were revealed.

It also comes after Diddy’s arrest in New York City earlier this month. He was taken into custody at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown on Sept. 16 and has since pleaded not guilty to felony counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
