People are convinced Demi Moore has a major crush on Colin Farrell – and she wasn’t backwards in coming forward with it.
During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, the Ghost actress got her flirt on as Colin discussed his latest role.
Demi, 61, appeared on the famous red sofa to promote The Substance, a shocking new body horror movie branded ‘the most disgusting film I’ve ever seen’ by critics.
Meanwhile, Irish heartthrob Colin regaled tales from the set of The Penguin, a TV show spin-off from the Batman world in which he plays Oswald Cobblepot.
For his lead part as the supervillain, the 48-year-old underwent a physical transformation with prosthetics, making him totally unrecognisable.
As he discussed the appearance of his character, though, Demi made it known what she thought of the man beneath all the makeup.
Asked if anyone on the couch – including Lady Gaga and Richard Ayoade – had seen the show yet, Demi smiled and said: ‘I have, It’s incredible. The whole world is incredible, what you went through to be able to transform is incredible.’
Colin proceeded to shoutout the team who created his Penguin look, adding: ‘I know that some people have said, “Why would they cast you and then just bury you in that? Why would they do somebody out of a job?” But the thing was…’
Before the star could finish his point, Demi chimed in with: ‘Do you think maybe it’s because they wanna know that it’s somebody attractive under there?’
Reacting to her outrageously flirty remark, Colin smirked as the studio audience erupted into ‘oohs’ and wolf whistles.
Sitting beside her, Lady Gaga grabbed Demi’s arm as the pair giggled.
‘I mean, I’m just saying!’, she joked.
‘What are you trying to say?’, Colin flirted back as Demi threw her head back in glee.
He proceeded to thank Demi for the lovely compliment, as she looked over to host Graham, who was very much enjoying watching the playground flirting unfold from the sidelines.
Colin continued praising the ‘genius’ of the prosthetics team who created his Penguin persona, saying: ‘Creating the character was a collective of a load of people.’
He then confessed to being ‘miserable’ by the end of production, admitting he felt ‘angry’ due to the restrictive makeup and having to spend such a long time beneath prosthetics.
Following the whole exchange, viewers of the show took to X to comment on, as user KatrinaConaglen put it, Demi was ‘slyly flirting with Colin’ throughout.
‘Demi Moore splooshing over Colin Farrell’, wrote Jazzy_Acid.
Agreeing, ennuirises wrote: ‘Demi Moore and Colin Farrell got crazy chemistry on the graham norton show’.
It might not come as a surprise to learn that Demi and Colin were once romantically linked, as the two were at the centre of dating rumours around 2002 before she got together with Ashton Kutcher in 2003, being married to him from 2005 until 2013.
As of now, though, Thirteen Lives actor Colin is believed to be single.
However, he does have two sons, sharing eldest James Padraig Farrell with ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave and his younger teenage son, Henry Tadeusz Farrell with Ondine costar Alicja Bachleda-Curús.
Meanwhile, Demi has been married three times. From 1981 to 1985, she was married to Freddy Moore. From 1987 to 2000, she was married to Bruce Willis and they share three daughters, then she wed fellow actor Ashton in 2005 before divorcing in 2013.
She remains especially close with ex-husband Bruce, amid his ongoing battle with dementia, visiting him on a weekly basis when she’s in Los Angeles.
Demi, who met Bruce at the premiere of action-comedy film Stakeout and married him after a whirlwind four-month romance, spoke about their relationship today while appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show.
‘I think he’s doing, you know, given the givens, he is in a stable place,’ she explained.
‘You know, it’s what I say to my kids is you meet them where they’re at. You don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment.
‘And from that, there is such beauty and joy and loving and sweetness. When I’m in LA, I go over every week, and I really treasure the time that we all share.’
