Strictly Come Dancing is now in full swing with fans eager to see how the celebrities get on this week – but what time will it air this evening?
Presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman and the talented judges returned to welcome the class of 2024 to the dance floor last Saturday night and the show did not disappoint.
From elegant foxtrots and sultry tangos, to fiery sambas and classic waltzes, the celebrities did everything they can to impress the judges and audiences alike during week one.
While no one was sent packing on the first night, they were rated with former JLS star JB Gill and his partner Amy Dowden topping the leaderboard with a score of 31 for their waltz.
Meanwhile, on the other end of the spectrum, singer Toyah Willcox and her partner Neil Jones struggled with their tango, scoring a measly 12 points.
What time is Strictly on tonight?
Strictly Come Dancing returns for its second round of dances tonight, Saturday, September 28, at 6.15pm.
It’s going to be another long instalment with a running time of two hours and 16 minutes, with all 15 couples once again taking to the dance floor to perform.
This time around though, there will be even more pressure as this will be the first time where the public can vote, sending one celebrity packing.
But who is going to be in the firing line and who will be the first to leave the competition?
Before the competition, the stars’ songs and dances were revealed, ramping up the anticipation for what’s to come.
Gladiator Montell Douglas will be performing the samba to Fuego, while Olympian Sam Quek will be attempting the Charleston. Comedian Chris McCausland will be doing the foxtrot, and footballer Paul Merson will be trying his hand at the salsa.
However, who progresses to the third round will ultimately be decided by the public vote.
Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight, Saturday, September 28, at 6.15pm on BBC One.
