Jose Mourinho is never a man to stay out of the limelight and the two-time Champions League winner is back in the headlines once more after being shown a yellow card for showing a refereeing decision to television cameras.

The “Special One” took up the reins at Turkish giants Fenerbahce in the summer and after seven matches, sits just three points behind bitter rivals Galatasaray in the Super Lig. Mourinho’s side got off to a winning start in the Europa League earlier this week with a 2-1 victory against Belgian outfit Union SG and followed it up with a 2-0 away win over Antalyaspor on Sunday.

But the major talking point of the game came towards the end of the second half with the former Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid’s gaffer and his troops leading 1-0. After VAR chalked off a Fenerbahce goal for offside, Mourinho placed his laptop in front of the beIN Sports television cameras to argue his point that talisman striker Edin Dzeko had in fact been played onside by the Antalyaspor defender.

Mourinho was quickly booked by unimpressed whistler Cihan Adyin, and speaking to Bein Sports after the game, described his reason for the bizarre stunt. “No offside”, he said. “The left back was in a position where Dzeko was not offside, and in our perspective with the technical camera, that was clear for us.”
