Aldi has confirmed that its bestselling air fryers will be back in stores soon – and we know the official date to mark on your calendars.
The supermarket’s highly coveted Ambiano XXL Dual Basket Air Fryer was a major hit with shoppers when it first dropped in 2023. Said to be similar to the desired Ninja gadgets, Aldi has previously restricted the amount customers can buy of this sell-out air fryer.
If you happen to have missed out in the past, you’re in luck, as the air fryer is officially set to make its grand return to the middle aisle on Sunday, October 6. It is worth noting that, with all Specialbuys, they tend to sell fast and are fairly limited, so you might want to be quick.
Costing just £59.99, the XXL Dual Basket Air Fryer comes complete with the sought-after dual basket feature. Both baskets are said to boast a 4.1L capacity, making the gadget ideal for multi-tasking families who are often cooking more than one meal at a time.
Aldi’s air fryer poses a more affordable alternative to the same gadgets from in-demand brand Ninja. Priced at £186 for a 7.6L and £211 for a 9.5L, the supermarket’s kitchen item is up to over £151 cheaper, depending on the size.
The supermarket’s sleek, matte black air fryer also comes complete with a 60-minute timer and a LED touch display panel. You can use it to cook five different ways – frying, baking, grilling, roasting and dehydrating.
For a more affordable option, the XXL Air Fryer will also be landing back in Aldi stores for just £39.99. Said to cost just 42p per day to run, it comes with eight automatic programmes, alongside a 5L capacity that makes it ideal for larger households.

It’s not just air fryers that will be arriving in Aldi stores from Sunday (October 6), as an entire winter kitchen range will arrive just in time to help you save energy when cooking at home this winter. This will include food prep and storage items, alongside popular gadgets.
This will also include the retailer’s bestselling sell-out Soup Maker for less than £20. Said to cost an affordable 22p per hour to run, this nifty gadget will have you whipping up your favourite soups with a 1.6L capacity and four different blending options.

Middle aisle shoppers will also be able to get their hands on a compact £15.99 rice cooker that will take the guesswork out of cooking fluffy rice. It is also said cost just 9p per hour, making it another energy-efficient device for your winter kitchen.
Aldi’s bestselling XXL Dual Basket Air Fryer and 5.5L Air Fryer will be back in stock from October, Sunday 6. Remember, Specialbuys can now only be bought in store, so check for stock availability at your local Aldi.
