West Lothian’s newest care facility was delighted to open its doors and welcome its very first residents to their new home – which boasts a cinema and nail salon.

Built on the site of the former Club earth nightclub, Almond Valley Care Home in Livingston offers a “lifestyle that provides companionship, stimulation and choice”.

Residents will be able to relax in their brand-new purpose-built luxury care home that has been designed with them in mind and provides a warm and homely environment to live a fulfilled life.

Residents can immediately feel at home in their beautiful en suite bedrooms with many benefitting from direct garden access and their own private patio area as well as offering homely dining rooms, lounges and quiet rooms where residents can choose to enjoy the company of others.

The facilities extend beyond to support the overall wellbeing of its residents with an onsite hairdressers and nail salon, state of the art cinema room, café where friends and families can pop in for a cuppa and slice of home baked cake, a private dining room where special occasions can be celebrated surrounded by their loved ones and not forgetting the balconies and beautiful gardens to while away an hour or two.

The kind, caring and experienced team are on hand to provide support and reassurance as well as being able to meet any medical needs with an experienced team of nurses and care staff.

Loved ones can rest in the knowledge that support is provided around the clock and that should care needs change the dedicated care can continue to support.
