BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – Members of the Bluefield WV Economic Development Authority BEDA Food Truck Incubator program helped serve a free lunch to hundreds of linemen and first-responders at Bluefield City Park today.

Rachel Neely and Christina Mays, owners of the food truck business, Just Roll With It, LLC, stepped up and prepared hamburgers and hotdogs for all those keeping the community safe and working to restore power in the area.

Today was the first day the owners received the keys to one of the incubator programs food trucks after completing the BEDA food truck training. This will start the trial period for the new business to learn how to operate on their own.

The owners were excited to use today as their first experience in serving the community.

“It’s amazing to be able to do this because we’ve talked about once we get rolling, that’s the things we want to do is charities and fundraisers once a month, twice a month, go and set up at homeless shelters and just give back to the people that are coming and buying food from us,” said Mays. “We just want to give back and be that truck that helps people.”

The food today was sponsored by Cox Security and Berkshire Hathaway Four Seasons.

The Just Roll With It, LLC food truck will be at the Liberty High school parade Friday evening serving food from their regular menu that will include different flavored eggrolls, street corn, and cheesy loaded fries.
