BECKLEY, W.Va. – West Virginia State Police said a man was arrested, and is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail for sex crimes in Raleigh County.
According to a press release, the West Virginia State Police said an investigation began on Sept. 6 into alleged child sexual assault on two female children.
State Police said after further investigation, David Stollings was arrested on Oct. 2 for the following:
- Two counts of Sexual Assault 1st Degree
- Two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree
- Two counts of Sexual Abuse by Parent, Guardian, or Custodian
The West Virginia State Police said Stollings was given a $200,000 bond, and is currently in the Southern Regional Jail.
