TAZEWELL, Va. – Thursday night the Tazewell Bulldogs hosted the Richlands Blue Tornado in what was Tazewell Volleyball’s pink-out game.
The crowd showed up for this volleyball edition of “The Backyard Brawl” in a packed gymnasium.
Unfortunately for the Tazewell crowd, although each set was very close, there was not much to cheer for the Bulldogs as they were shut out, losing in straight sets.
The scores went as follows in order of sets: 25-18, 25-21, 25-18.
Tazewell dropped to 0-13 on the season, as for Richlands, the Blue Tornado inched a little closer to .500, moving to 5-7.
