The lawyer said that he now plans to begin filing lawsuits against the rapper over the next 30 days. He said that they will come from both men and women who were aged between nine and 38 at the time of the alleged incidents. Following the press conference, Combs’s attorney Erica Wolff denied all of the claims against him.

In a statement, she said: “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

The potential lawsuits come after Combs was indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied the charges against him and pled not guilty in court.
