October has arrived, signalling the start of spooky season.

As people cosy up with their pumpkin-spice lattes and sneak snacks meant for trick-or-treaters, many turn to their favourite monster movies. While some opt for spine-chilling horror, others indulge in nostalgia with a teen romance classic like Twilight.

The Twilight franchise, based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer, tells the story of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), a teenager who falls for Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), a 104-year-old vampire trapped in the body of a 17-year-old high school student. Their love story triggers conflicts with werewolves, such as Jacob (Taylor Lautner), and traditional vampires who still hunt humans.

Both the films and books became a global sensation following the release of the first movie in 2008 and continue to resurface every Halloween season.

Recently, fans have noticed a quirky Easter egg when searching for the movie on Google. In a video that has garnered over 196,000 likes, YouTuber Tyler Warwick highlights the phrase “hoa hoa hoa season” that appears in search results.

This phrase refers to a viral sound clip from the song Eyes on Fire by Blue Foundation, featured in a scene where Bella waits by her car to confront Edward about switching classes in the first film. The clip has since become a viral meme on TikTok, with users humorously referring to the song’s lyrics as “hoa.”

Instagram users have found it amusing that Google picked up on the trend, sharing their reactions in the comments.

One user joked: “Did you just create a cultural movement?!?” While another commented: “HAHAHA I just took a look for myself. I cannot believe this. Whoever at Google did this deserves a raise.”

Another fan chimed in, saying: “No way! Literally all of us are googling Twilight now and finding that YOU’RE RIGHT! Hoa, hoa, hoa.”
