The body of a man has tragically been found at a Scots beach as cops launch a probe into his death.
Aberdeen Beach was cornered off by police on October 7 after the grim discovery was made at 10.15am.
There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances around the death but the area remains closed off while the local force carry out enquiries, reports Aberdeen Live.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.15am on Monday, 7 October, 2024, the body of a man was discovered on Aberdeen Beach.”
They added: “Formal identification is yet to take place and there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death. Enquiries are ongoing.”
