If you think your Sunday roasts are good, think again. One chain restaurant is taking it to a whole new level.
Miller and Carter is stepping up its game with a new Sunday lunch sharing board – and despite the fact it’s only just launched, diners are already calling it ‘sensational’.
The popular steakhouse claims it’s ‘everything you love about an exquisite Sunday roast’ with a ‘touch of added luxury’, featuring half a Shropshire roast chicken, a ‘flavour packed’ lamb rump and a 30-day aged 12oz Ribeye steak.
On the side, there’s Camembert mash, crispy potatoes, sauteed greens and Yorkshire puddings.
And if you weren’t full already, also it comes with unlimited beef dipping gravy.
Miller and Carter shared the news on its Instagram account, with a picture of the sharing platter alongside the caption: ‘We are so excited to be introducing Miller’s Sunday Sharing Board, the ultimate treat for two.’
Users replied saying it looks ‘unreal’, with one commenting: ‘Omg how insanely good is this.’
‘I can’t tell you how long I’ve been hoping for this,’ added another.
The news also gained traction on X, after a video of the platter was shared by @owenkenn.
The clip, which gained 2.8 million views, had people’s mouths watering, with many agreeing that it ‘looks delicious’.
‘This is a bit of me, those Yorkshire puddings look spot on!’commented @rebekkaarnold, while @highbury_heroes wrote: ‘Mate that looks the business,’ and Owen replied: ‘It was unreal pal.’
A third, @keezus4, asked: ‘What’s the size saying? Better to get two for two people or will one do?’ to which Owen responded: ‘One is plenty, even took some home as we couldn’t finish.’
Fancy trying it out? The sharing board is available all day every Sunday at Miller and Carter locations nationwide, priced at £64.50 for two people.
The restaurant also revealed its Christmas 2024 menu, with reservations for the festive period already available to book online.
The festive menu includes two courses from £30.95 or three courses from £24.95 and a children’s menu from £13.95 and is ‘filled with tempting starters, indulgent mains and decadent deserts’.
