BECKLEY, W.Va. – It was a chilly one Thursday night in Beckley for a rivalry matchup in the High School Girl’s soccer world.
Oak Hill traveled to YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Sports Complex to play Woodrow Wilson.
What looked like it could have gone south for the Lady Flying Eagles fast after a goal from the Lady Red Devils’ Jada Wilburn, ended up being a close one.
Oak Hill had multiple chances from there to extend the lead, missing open net opportunities at least twice, but could not extend it.
Woodrow Wilson also had their fair share of chances as well, but where not able to sneak any past the Lady Red Devils keeper.
