A travel blogger has been left gobsmacked after discovering an “absolutely unbelievable” locked container during a woodland walk in Liechtenstein.

Bex, known on TikTok as @northernblondeabroad), shares her globetrotting experiences on the site and is also an enthusiast of geocaching – a treasure hunting style hobby where participants use GPS devices to find hidden boxes, known as geocaches or caches, at various coordinates around the globe.

“I beyond myself,” Bex exclaimed in her video. “We have just found the best geocache we have ever seen. It’s so good.” Her clip then cuts back to the moment she came across the geocache alongside her partner. With her camera focused on the large sealed box, Bex began: “You have to get the code to get in, which obviously we’re not going to reveal.”

As her partner opened a lockbox to retrieve the key, she teased: “This is amazing! What do you think is going to be inside?”

Upon unlocking the container, they revealed a Harry Potter shrine inside one door, complete with a replica of the Potter series’ Book of Monsters, while the other door unveiled an impressive enclosed Harry Potter Lego display, including a Hogwarts set.

“Oh my god, I could cry,” Bex confessed in amazement as the iconic Harry Potter theme music started playing. “This is insane,” she continued, visibly moved by the experience. “Oh my gosh. Look at this. Wow.”

Delving further into the magical discovery, Bex opened the Book of Monsters to find a ‘Logbuch’ tucked inside. She concluded with awe: “This is incredible! ” Many of Bex’s followers shared her excitement, with one commenting: “That must be the holy grail of geocaching.”

Another chimed in: “Love geocaching, we have seen some amazing places off the beaten track we would never have known about! Great free family activity.” A third admirer wrote: “Oh wow that’s absolutely brilliant, I’d camp out for the next person.”

Meanwhile, a fourth humorously remarked: “Even though I detest Harry Potter I can confirm that’s got to be THE best geocache! ” And a fifth enthusiast praised: “Oh wow this really is amazing I use go geo with my kids but I don’t drive and did all ones we could get to so stopped.

In response to questions about the hobby, meanwhile, Bex explained: ” Addressing queries about the hobby, Bex clarified: “You can do swaps with the swap box but you can’t take the stuff behind the plastic glass. You can also take travel bugs with you too. We specifically look for them so you wouldn’t know about them if it’s not something you do.”
