Baked oats are a scrumptious breakfast choice ideal for those seeking a healthier option with reduced sugar intake.

Unlike traditional porridge cooked on the stovetop, baked oats are made in the oven, resulting in a texture often likened to a soft, moist cake that can be enjoyed warm or cold. This versatile breakfast treat can be tailored to individual tastes with an array of toppings or mix-ins, such as fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, or peanut butter.

Dr. Hazel Wallace, a doctor and nutritionist known as The Food Medic on social media, has shared her recipe for banana bread-flavoured baked oats, reports Surrey Live.

“If you only make one of my recipes… Let it be this. Banana bread baked oats,” Dr. Wallace wrote in the caption of her Instagram post featuring the recipe.
