A housebuilder has opened a showhome at its new Hamilton development of nearly 200 properties.
Avant Homes is building three- and four-bedroomed homes at their £53 million Glenfinnan Drive site off Highstonehall Road.
Now the Swanbrook style four-bed showhome – including a lounge, home office space and family kitchen with patio doors to the garden – is open for potential buyers to visit.
The development of 197 houses is just off Highstonehall Road at Tyndrum Crescent, and prices range from £248,995 for a three-bedroom semi-to £394,995 for a four-bedroom detached home.
Avant say the properties are “practically designed [and] energy efficient”, and that various incentives are evailable for prospective buyers.
