Aldi has sent beauty buffs into a frenzy by launching a trio of new tinted lip oils – and they are said to be similar to Selena Gomez’s brand.

The supermarket’s award-winning Lacura range is a powerhouse when it comes to dropping cosmetics inspired by major brands. Now TikTok fans are advising others to “run” to store for the brand new Lacura Tinted Lip Oil range.

Bargain hunters were ecstatic when the ‘dupes’ officially dropped in stores yesterday (October 17). Priced at just £3.99 each, you can bag them in three colours – Pink Rose, Merlot Moment and Berry Bliss.

At just under £4 a pop, they are significantly cheaper than the Only Murder’s in the Building’s star’s Rare Beauty Lip Oils. Currently priced at £20 at both Sephora UK and SpaceNK, beauty buffs can find themselves saving 79 percent when compared to the celeb-owned brand.

The beauty must-haves have been formulated with Jojoba Seed and Sunflower Seed Oil, making them ideal for hydrating and nourishing your pout in the colder weather. They also double up as a cheek tint, essentially giving you a two-in-one product.

Like many of Aldi’s Lacura beauty products, shoppers have been flocking to their local Aldi to get their hands on them. Those who have been lucky enough to nab the lip oils have shared on social media that they are “gorgeous” and urged others to “run” for them.

One TikTok user @makeupbyaliciaall shared her thoughts by captioning her video: “RUN to @Aldi UK for these! They are GORGEOUS!!!!!”

Meanwhile, the budget supermarket also sent beauty buffs into a tizzy by sharing its lip oil announcement to Instagram in a post that read: “Our Lip Oils are back on Thursday. Which one will you be trying?”

One excited beauty fan raved: “I managed to get all three today so happy.”

Someone else gushed: “Oooh these look cool.”

Another who tagged their friend exclaimed: “Let’s run to Aldi.”

Someone else said of the shades: “Very autumn.”

While the Lacura Tinted Lip Oils haven’t received any negative criticism, some shoppers have been disappointed that their local store never seems to have enough stock. One such disappointed user wrote: “If there’s any left, never in stock.”

If you want to bag the Rare Beauty inspired Lacura Tinted Lip Oil range for £3.99, you can check your local Aldi store for stock availability.

For anyone who struggles to get their hands on them, then the £4 e.l.f Cosmetics £ Lip Lacquer may pose a suitable alternative. There’s eight different shades to choose from, depending on your preference.

Another suitable alternative for beauty buffs is the NYX Professional Makeup Fat Oil Slick Click Lip Balm. Currently priced at £7.19, this lip balm both hydrates and plumps your lips.
