Police are desperately searching for two teenage girls after they vanished from Leeds.

Charlotte Hewitt, 14, and Daisy Bo Collins, 13, disappeared from the West Yorkshire area on Friday morning as police say they’ve received reports raising concerns for their welfare, reports the Mirror.

Authorities believe the girls may have travelled out of the area. West Yorkshire Police issued an appeal with their descriptions and said: “Charlotte is described as 5ft 2ins tall, slim build, with brown wavy shoulder length hair.”

They added: “Daisy is described as 5ft 3ins tall, medium build, with long light brown hair and dark blue eyes.” In response to the alert, social media users have shared their well-wishes. One person wrote: “Come on sweetheart go home let someone know you’re okay it’s a scary world out there for you both.

Another user said: “Hope they get found soon. Bless them and their family.” A third person added: “We hope Charlotte and Daisy are both found safe and well. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the two girls.”

Another one commented: “If you are reading this Daisy/ Charlotte, please come home. We want to help you. You matter.” In an additional appeal on X, police said: “Have you seen missing Charlotte Hewitt, 14, and Daisy Bo Collins, 13, from Leeds? Thought to be together and may have travelled out of the West Yorkshire area.”
