Strictly Come Dancing viewers expressed their worry for Tasha Ghouri after she seemed downcast on the show’s Saturday night episode. Prior to her performance, fans had already voiced their concern as comments poured in about her looking upset.

Following her dance, Tasha exchanged words with her dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec, who offered her additional support. Despite scoring a respectable 34 out of 40, Tasha confessed that she struggled to channel the “Tango energy” required for the performance. Although the judges appeared to scrutinise Tasha and Aljaz more closely, the duo accepted the feedback positively.

However, fans didn’t hesitate to share their apprehensions regarding Tasha’s mood.

On social media platform X, one viewer remarked: “Tasha looks really sad this week? ? ? ” Another commented on the music choice: “Didn’t like the music with that really. Put me off it from the off. Felt a bit more of a disconnect between Tasha and the dance too.”, reports the Express.

A third chimed in: “I think the judges are being too hard on Tasha.”But it wasn’t just the audience who noticed something amiss; as Tasha and Aljaz ascended the stairs, she whispered to him about the “start” of their routine, to which he reassuringly responded, “I know, I know, but it’s okay.”

The pair then received their scores, with the judges awarding them 34 points. The judges provided feedback, with head judge Shirley Ballas expressing her confidence in the pair’s potential for improvement, but cautioning that “consistency is key” to success on Strictly.

She also noted that some of the steps were “loosey-goosey and wobbly”. Meanwhile, Anton Du Beke advised that “for perfection”, the pair needs to strive for better performances.
