Luke Humphries is bringing his epic rivalry with Luke Littler back to Scotland.

And the world champion plans to be even better by the time he gets on the Tartan trail with The Nuke. Humphries and Littler have lit up the sport in the past 12 months and met in the last World Championship Final at the Alexandra Palace.

The pair have scrapped for titles since and the world No.1 has just won his latest titanic battle against the teenager on his way to victory at the Gambrinus Czech Darts Open in Prague.

Humphries produced one of the greatest European Tour campaigns of all-time to clinch the £30,000 top prize and defeated Littler in a scintillating semi-final as he averaged a staggering 108.56 to deny the 17-year-old a third European Tour title of 2024.

The pair are now confirmed for a triple-header as part of the Scottish Darts Masters 2025 show in April. Humphries and Littler will be at Ayr Racecourse on Friday 25, Pettycur Bay in Fife on Saturday 26 and Alloa Town Hall on Sunday 27.

Humphries and Littler have more to win before those dates with the World title again on the line at Ally Pally at the end of this year. The champ is a winning machine, but says he wants more success and improvements after seeing off Kim Huybrechts in Prague.

He said: “I still know there’s another level in me and I believe I can get better. It’s nice to bounce back [from the World Grand Prix], because when you lose in major finals it’s not easy. It does hurt you, so this is a nice way to finish my ProTour season.

“I’m going to come back next year and I’m going to work harder. I’m going to change things and I’m going to win more. That’s my commitment to the game!”

Remarkably, Littler’s run to the last four was a record-breaking one, as the teenage superstar produced averages of 110, 116, 110 and 106 across a remarkable weekend of action.
