BLUEFIELD, W.Va. -Halloween is right around the corner and planning is currently underway for the trunk or treat event in Bluefield, West Virginia.
The 10th Annual Trunk or Treat is scheduled for this Saturday at Bluefield city park.
Organizers are looking for people who would like to open their trunks for kids.
The event is going to feature a bouncy house, a trunk contest along with a costume contest and many more activities.
There is a need for more people to participate according to organizer Rachael Wilson.
She says it’s a terrific opportunity for people that really enjoy participating in good family fun.
“Well, it gives them the opportunity for families to come out and enjoy a wholesome event together. It brings the older adults to be able to enjoy watching the kids play. I just think over all its a great experience for everybody”
