A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in the head on a Brooklyn street early Wednesday, police said.

The victim was shot outside an apartment building on St. John’s Place near Schenectady Ave. in Crown Heights just before 5 a.m.

Medics rushed him to Kings County Hospital but he couldn’t be saved. The victim’s name was not immediately released.

The shooter fled the scene and has not been caught.

NYPD detectives were scouring the area Wednesday, searching for surveillance footage that could help them identify a suspect.

The shooting capped off a night of bloodshed in Brooklyn that began around 10 p.m. Tuesday in a NYCHA complex just a mile away.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the left thigh inside the lobby of a Kingsborough Houses building on Kingsborough 7th Walk, cops said.

Medics took the victim to Brookdale University Hospital, where he is expected to recover. When questioned, the victim was uncooperative with investigators, cops said.

At 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, a 40-year-old man was shot in the lower back on Eldert Lane near McKinley Ave. in East New York. He was taken to Brookdale University Hospital and is expected to recover.

None of the shootings appear to be related, police said.
