BECKLEY, W.Va. – Woodrow Wilson and Oak Hill met Tuesday night in the boys AAA R3 S2 semifinals. Flying Eagles came in as the No. 1 seed, with the Red Devils at No. 4.
Woodrow Wilson got out to a quick 1-0 lead behind a goal from Coby Dillon 12 minutes in, and that would be all the team needed. Flying Eagles wouldn’t score again until the 62 minutes, but would eventually win 4-0.
Woodrow Wilson will face Greenbrier East in Beckley on Thursday for the sectional championship.
