A TikTok user, @divineheartsbydiana, created a way to allegedly determine “what frequency you’re residing in currently”. According to the Meditation Music Library, the 1074 Hz frequency is considered a Spiritual Frequency, associated with higher consciousness, spiritual growth, and connection to the divine.
Practitioners believe exposure to this frequency can facilitate spiritual experiences, deepening one’s understanding of the self and the universe. The video caption states: “Your frequency can constantly change. So the word you hear today might change the next time you check.”
The video explains that everything is energy with its own vibrational frequency, but human emotions and thoughts can cause our vibrational frequency to fluctuate “depending on what we do, eat, say, and what we hear”.
It also notes our external senses affect internal senses, and our heart communicates with the frequency, telling the universe what vibration we’re feeling.
Interestingly, other people’s vibes can actually lift or lower our frequency, which is why it’s essential to notice how we feel after spending time with others. The video’s creator also mentioned viewers can “come back” to the clip as their vibe “can change from time to time” based on various factors.
So, for instance, if you were low vibration today, there’s no reason why you couldn’t have raised that vibration in a week’s time.
The TikTok account @divineheartsbydiana stated this video is ideal for those who “wish to raise their vibration” and “check as a guide”. A noise was then played, sounding like someone saying a word. However, the word you hear can determine your frequency level.
In the comments section, one user said they initially heard “moral”, but upon revisiting the video, they heard “yaurel”. The TikTok account responded: “You consciously raised your vibrational frequency from 181hz to 706hz by balancing your energy and harmonising yourself.”
They further added: “Anyone who got Laurel. This word is symbolic of being satisfied with where you are. A mid-comfy place in energy. Like ‘Resting on your Laurels’.”
Another user claimed to hear “Yerwee, yewmii”, to which the TikToker replied: “1395hz is your current frequency. This is very high. Ground your energy-bare feet on the Earth, get out in nature, listen to 432hz healing frequency”. When asked why a super high frequency was considered negative, they responded: “Grounding is important while attaining a high frequency to prevent becoming overwhelmed by the high energy and information flow. Balance is key.”
Another wrote: “THIS IS AMAAAAAZING. I started the day with Laurel and then tested different things to see what would change what I heard. When I felt appreciated, grateful and loving, I came back and heard Yanny.”
