Katie Price has announced plans to undergo another boob job – her 18th so far.
Speaking on the Louis Theroux podcast, the former glamour model revealed that she has arranged further surgery to reduce the size of her chest, which currently measures a 34H.
She said: “They’re going smaller in two weeks: they’re too big. It’s terrible isn’t it.”
It is not the first time that Price has scaled back her trademark bust, which she has repeatedly modified in a “self-absorbed surgical quest for the perfect body” according to her mother Amy Price’s memoir, The Last Word. The star has reduced or removed her implants three times since 2008, but was unable to recall the total number of breast surgeries she’s had during the interview with Theroux.
Recounting her chaotic string of procedures over the years, Price questioned whether this ongoing desire to alter her body could be due to underlying mental health issues.
The former model explained: “I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there’s definitely something, I don’t know what it is.” In a heartbreaking admission, she added: “I’ve never looked in the mirror and thought I’m pretty or whatever”.
Price admitted that her inability to see her natural beauty in younger photos is “mad”, explaining that she often resorted to plastic surgeries as a coping mechanism after her romantic relationships broke down.
She added: “That’s another thing I have to get to grasps with myself about the surgery thing. I don’t know if it’s body dysmorphia or what I’m trying to gain out of it.”
Price’s figure has changed dramatically since she rose to fame as a Page 3 model in the 90s. The star transformed her natural B cup breasts through increasingly extreme surgeries that eventually peaked in 2022 with 2120 CC implants – nearly three times larger than an E cup – in her quest for the “biggest boobs in Britain”.
But while the mum-of-five has previously championed a “no pain no gain” approach to dramatic surgeries, she admitted that this attitude has sometimes had unfortunate consequences.
Price said: “Sometimes in the past I have looked in the mirror and thought ‘oh no, you’ve gone too far, just get it back out again’ so I can recognise when it’s too much”
In August the star appealed to her OnlyFans subscribers to help her raise £3,000 to reduce the size of her breasts, which had become mismatched due to oversized implants. The fundraiser was dropped after it earned just £430, with Price funding the corrective surgery herself instead.
Price’s cosmetic surgeries do not stop at her breasts, with the model also revealing to Theroux that she will return under the knife for her seventh face lift next summer. “I want it like that” she told the host, using her hands to push her temples upwards and create a cat-eye appearance.
However, Price was quick to stress that her facelift is not part of a fight against time, saying that she welcomes the idea of becoming “all wrinkly” on her hands and neck.
She told Theroux: “I’m not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there’s something to tweak it’s just easy to do.”
