PRINCETON, W.Va. -Thousands of trick-or-treaters participated in this year’s Boo Bash at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton.

Witches, superheroes, monsters, and even aliens where just a few costumes that were seen walking booth to booth receiving candy.

This is the second year the City of Princeton has hosted the event that had 23 registered candy givers.

The candy givers included local businesses, churches, fire and police agencies.

“There was such a good turnout last year and it’s just something good for kids to get out, um, in a safe space and do trick or treating,” said Madison Gunnoe, Princeton Event Coordinator.
