An urgent appeal has been launched for a missing teenage girl who vanished more than a week ago. Hannah Dunnachie was last seen on Finistere Avenue in Falkirk at around 12.30pm on Sunday October 20.

The 15-year-old is described as 5ft 2ins, of slim build and with long blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, and black trainers.

Police Scotland say the youngster initially travelled to Irvine in Ayrshire. However Glasgow Live reports enquiries have also revealed Hannah has been in Glasgow and it is likely she has been in or around the city centre.

A statement said officers will continue to view relevant CCTV footage for any additional information on her whereabouts.

Sergeant Stuart Cordiner said: “Hannah has been missing for more than a week now and her family is understandably concerned. We want to ensure Hannah is safe and well. If anyone has seen Hannah or has any information as to where she may be, please contact us.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1116 of 21 October, 2024.
