With winter fast approaching, Edinburgh’s acclaimed Tattu has unveiled jaw-dropping seasonal plans, offering an unforgettable dining experience.

This season, Tattu is under the Azure Dragon’s sapphire spell – a mythical spirit animal drawn from Far Eastern tradition that symbolises winter’s elegance.

In a setting dressed in rich blues, silvers, and greys, Tattu, known for its extravagant cocktails, stunning interiors, and wave-based sharing menus, introduces new winter-inspired dishes and cocktails crafted to embody the season.

Whether it’s dinner with friends, a work Christmas party, or an intimate date night, Tattu’s winter wonderland promises something special for every occasion.

Returning favourites like the Frozen Blossom dessert, an artful masterpiece inspired by nature and fantasy, and the Iced Skull Candy cocktail, served with a theatrical flourish of dry ice, deliver visual and flavour spectacle.

Tattu’s Edinburgh venue, echoing the city’s historic charm and modern flair, is available for exclusive hire.

Guests are welcomed with a signature refreshment at the Temple Bar before dining.

Smaller gatherings are equally well-served, with cosy booth-style seating along the main dining room’s edge or large party tables at the back of the restaurant, creating a sophisticated ambience.
