Detectives are appealing for information following a car fire in Wishaw.

The fire happened around 9.15pm on Monday, November 4, on Curlinghaugh Crescent.

The blaze was extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and there were no reported injuries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who may have witnessed the fire is asked to contact police.

“We also ask anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward.

“Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting incident 3823 of 4 November, 2024.

“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
