GK Barry has been defended content creator Bonnie Blue, the controversial star who she interviewed in a conversation that’s been heavily criticised by people online.

It’s been claimed that following the interview, ITV has been having ‘crisis talks’ about GK, who is reportedly in the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! line-up for the 2024 series.

Bonnie is an adult content creator who recently went viral after revealing that she had sex with 158 people in two weeks, explaining how she has specifically ventured to student areas in Australia and the UK to sleep with 18-year-olds who she describes as ‘barely legal’.

The 25-year-old explained how after advertising her location, some people will queue up for hours to have sex with her, first showing her photo ID and signing consent forms, which include agreeing for their encounter to be filmed and uploaded to her OnlyFans.

GK, whose full name is Grace Keeling, recently interviewed Bonnie on her podcast Saving Grace.

While it’s been claimed that promotional clips from the interview were removed from Instagram and Tiktok, the full interview – which is just under 44 minutes long – is still up on YouTube, where it’s garnered more than a quarter of a million views in less than two weeks.

During their chat, Bonnie recalled how in November last year, she had sex with ‘fresh 18-year-olds’ in Australia during Schoolies, which is when they’ve just finished school and they ‘go partying’.

‘I loved it. They loved it. And it made me rich,’ she said, as she explained her process to the 25-year-old host.

‘People think it’s wrong or I force them into it. I’m like, they’re queuing for eight hours. They very much want to be here,’ she said.

At one point, Bonnie emphasised how ‘nervous’ the men can be, stating: ‘They’re holding their ID up, they’re shaking. They’re trying to sign the consent forms. It’s looking like I’m literally holding them to their will,’ as GK laughed in response.

The podcast host remarked that she thinks it could be seen as a ‘flex’ if the men who have sex with Bonnie can say that they lost their virginity to her.

The content creator added that on one occasion, a student came with his dad, and she had sex with them separately, adding that the father was still in a relationship with the son’s mother.

In the comment section of the YouTube video, several people have blasted GK for giving Bonnie a platform on her podcast.

‘This needs to be taken down. This is absolutely grim,’ @Isabellcherry13 wrote, as @abbyrose3236 said: ‘This is so crazyyy. Kinda disappointed with how Grace changes her views and agrees with her when she could of stood on her own backbone.’

@asmrbooktube commented: ‘I feel like this video could really affect Grace’s career (not to mention young girls)… this needs to be taken down.’

‘This is disappointing to see on your channel ngl,’ @CD-xs5rm, while @celeste7566 stated: ‘Grace needs to understand who her audience are, I think she’s trying to come across as edgy but it’s failing. Sorryyy.’

During a recent interview with , Bonnie defended GK, saying that the ‘backlash’ that the podcast host received ‘should have been aimed at me’.

‘They’re annoyed she gave me a platform, but in terms of her interviewing style, it wasn’t an interview, it was never meant to be an interrogation. She has a podcast, where you can share your stories and experiences, which is exactly what I did,’ she said.

‘And she did not glamourise my job. She allowed me to share my stories. Yeah, she found them funny, but it wasn’t saying she was finding them funny in a good way or bad way, she just allowed me to share my background.’

Journalist Anna Staddon brought up the fact that I’m A Celebrity is reportedly reconsidering having GK in the line-up this year, as she said: ‘Is that not a slight red flag that your background and your work is leading to a national TV show, one of the biggest in the country, reconsidering one of their guests?’

Bonnie expressed her prediction that GK will still take part in the programme, before continuing: ‘But it also it just shows how taboo and how uneducated people are. Unless I’m doing something wrong, why are you shaming another influencer for interviewing me? It’s trying to say that ok, I am bad news. And yes to some people I am. But you’re trying to say it’s because I’ve done something wrong.’

At another point in the interview with , Bonnie was asked about the accusations that she’s faced of ‘predatory’ behaviour due to the age of people who she has sex with for her content.

The age of consent in the UK is 16, while the age of consent in Australia varies between 16 and 17 years old, depending on the state.

‘They’re coming to me. It’s pre-planned. So they’ve already thought about it beforehand. They have to fill in two consent forms, you have to bring ID,’ she added, saying that the men are ‘fully aware’ of what they’re doing,’ she said..

‘It’s not a shock on the day to film it. They’re aware they need to film it. And it’s in a controlled environment. You can’t be drinking beforehand. You can’t have done drugs. So when you think of a safe environment, it’s the security on the door as well. What about it is unsafe?’

Adult content creator Bonnie Blue has responded to accusations of ‘predatory’ behaviour. In an interview with Metro, Bonnie, who films herself sleeping with as many university students as possible and then posts it on OnlyFans, addressed concerns surrounding the power dynamic and maturity of the men she sleeps with. ‘You have to fill in two consent forms, you have to bring two forms of ID,’ she said. ‘They’ve already been able to think about it a lot and they’re fully aware… they need to film it’ Bonnie has earned millions and once claimed to have slept with 158 men in just two weeks during freshers week in Nottingham. #fyp#bonnieblue#controversial#savinggrace#gkbarry#savinggracepod#freshers#nottinghamfreshers#response#nottingham#interview#opinion#podcaster#students#university

Anna then replied: ‘I guess it’s the knowledge of how well-informed they are. It’s the knowledge that this is online forever. And if they are 18, they’ve just left school. Do they have the maturity to be able to make those kinds of decisions? ‘Cause that is a huge decision.

‘Your sex tape being online for good and, let’s be honest, you are earning the money from that. I guess it does beg a kind of power dynamic of are they mature enough to consent to that? I guess that’s the big question.’

Bonnie answered: ‘Yeah, 100%. The thing is with that then, it’s if we’re saying 18 is too young to consent, they need to change the law. Do you know what I mean? If the law is 18, I’m going to abide by it and I’ll go for 18. If they change it to 21, I’ll up it to 21. So when people have got an issue with that, they’re sort of just putting their other problems on me. Like if you don’t agree with it being 18, go to Parliament. Stop, get out of my comment section.’

According to a source, the controversy that GK’s interview with Bonnie has sparked has resulted in an ‘absolute PR nightmare’ for I’m A Celebrity.

‘I’m A Celeb is a family show and they can’t have anyone on there who agrees with sleeping with barely 18 year olds,’ they told The Sun.

‘The top brass have held crisis talks as to how they handle the backlash with GK enters the show. GK has deleted the video but the furore hasn’t gone away.

‘The backlash is already huge on YouTube and social media this is an absolute PR nightmare for ITV.’

The source added that the show ‘relies on advertisers wanting to spend money on the show’, so it’s ‘not a good look when one of the campmates has had someone so controversial on her podcast and agreed with everything she said’.

Metro.co.uk has contacted ITV and GK Barry’s representatives for comment.
