Kilmarnock pair Robby McCrorie and Brad Lyons have been called into the respective Scotland and Northern Ireland squads for their upcoming Nations League contests later this month.
The uncapped McCrorie was originally left out of the previous squad having had a spell injured and then unable to claim back the starting role at Killie before being called up as an injury replacement for Angus Gunn.
The 26-year-old has since regained the no.1 position and is one of three keepers named in Steve Clarke’s squad – alongside Craig Gordon and Ipswich Town’s Cieran Slicker, who earns his first call up with Gunn still unavailable.
Scotland host Croatia on Friday, November 15 before taking on Poland in Warsaw three days later.
For Lyons, the midfielder will be looking to add to his tally of two caps after having made a late substitute appearance last month against Bulgaria.
They host Belarus in Belfast on Friday, November 15 before ending their Nations League campaign away to Luxembourg on November 18. Northern Ireland head in to their final two games sitting atop Group C3 – a point ahead of Belraus and two points ahead of Bulgaria as they chase promotion to League B.
