Gregor Townsend’s Scotland side continue their Autumn tests with perhaps the most challenging opponents of all this weekend, as World Cup holders South Africa roll into town.

Townsend and his players are still basking in the glory of last weekend’s comprehensive 57-17 victory over Fiji at Murrayfield, with the Scots exploiting their depleted opponents to run-in eight tries during a ruthless and robust display.

But The Springboks will provide an altogether different test in Scotland’s second fixture, with new boss Rassie Erasmus determined to get his UK tour off to a flier in Edinburgh.

Following South Africa’s visit, Townsend and co will take on Portugal and Australia, with 21 games across four superb weeks of rugby. But, as for this weekend’s clash, here’s everything you need to know…

Where and when is Scotland vs South Africa?

The autumn internationals kicked-off on Saturday November 2 when England played host to New Zealand at Twickenham, with Scotland then seeing off Fiji.
