Gregor Townsend’s Scotland side continue their Autumn tests with perhaps the most challenging opponents of all this weekend, as World Cup holders South Africa roll into town.
Townsend and his players are still basking in the glory of last weekend’s comprehensive 57-17 victory over Fiji at Murrayfield, with the Scots exploiting their depleted opponents to run-in eight tries during a ruthless and robust display.
But The Springboks will provide an altogether different test in Scotland’s second fixture, with new boss Rassie Erasmus determined to get his UK tour off to a flier in Edinburgh.
