Former Metropolitan Police officer David Carrick has denied multiple sex attacks on a woman and a teenage girl.

The 49-year-old pleaded not guilty on Thursday to two counts of rape, one count of sexual assault and one count of coercive and controlling behaviour in relation to the woman between 2014 and 2019.

Carrick, who appeared at the Old Bailey in London via video-link, has also denied five counts of indecent assault on a girl under 16 between 1989 and 1990. The trial was set to be heard at the Old Bailey on November 3 2025. A preliminary hearing was also set for March 14.

Carrick was formally dismissed from the Met in January last year after pleading guilty to a total of 49 offences, including 24 counts of rape, against 12 women between 2003 and 2020.

The brute, who was jailed for at least 30 years, joined the force in 2001 before becoming an armed officer in the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection unit in 2009.
