(CNN) – Star gazers have a special reason to look skyward this weekend.
The last supermoon of the year is arriving Friday.
That’s when a full moon happens while it’s at its closest approach to Earth, making the moon brighter and bigger than usual.
This moon will also be a Beaver Moon which got its name because November is when beavers prepare for winter by strengthening their dams and storing more food.
