FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A high school teacher was arrested on charges related to sexual acts with a student, according to Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Artem Robert Moyer, 30, of Rocky Mount was charged with one felony count of indecent liberties with a child by custodian and one felony count of object sexual penetration.
He is being held without bond pending court proceedings.
