The Resident has been a big hit with Netflix fans since it dropped on the platform just a few weeks ago, with many fans taking to social media to praise the show as “underrated”.
The medical drama made a strong impact on the platform’s ‘Top 10 Shows in the UK’ list despite being an older series.
The show follows the medical staff at the fictional Chastain Park Memorial Hospital in Georgia, and also stars Gilmore Girls actor Matt Czuchry as “cocky but beloved” senior resident Dr. Conrad Hawkins.
